About the Role:
As a face for our restaurant and brand, our Phone Crew order takers are important for creating and maintaining positive customer interactions. The Phone Crew is responsible for assisting customers with menu selection, recommendations, and taking accurate food orders in a friendly and hospitable manner. This role effectively keeps the flow of the restaurant moving smoothly by maintaining clear communication and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have excellent menu knowledge of all items
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to answer, report, and follow all supervisor instructions and directions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with Riko's welcome message
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with menu selection and answer all questions in a respectful and patient manner
- Repeat customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the Point of Sale System
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate
- During off peak times, assist with restocking or other duties as assigned
- Contributing to the overall success of the organization by meeting individual and team performance goals
Skills:
As a Phone Crew member, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service. You will also need to be organized and detail-oriented in order to accurately document all customer interactions. Additionally, you will need to great customers in a pleasant tone, accurately enter orders into the POS system and read back orders for confirmation.
