Our client, a reputable General Contractor, is seeking a Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of technical Tenant Improvement (TI) construction projects including Manufacturing, R&D and Labs.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control
- Develop new business and direct Pre-Construction activities
- Maintain relationships with Clients throughout the duration of construction projects
- Manage contract negotiations and monitor bottom line profit of construction projects
- Assess risks and come up with contingency plans as required
- Manage and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projects within schedule and budget
