Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers
- Solicit bids from Subcontractors, evaluate proposals and communicate with the bidders
- Prepare conceptual estimates
- Lead pre-bid job walks
