Riley Blake Designs seeks a detail-oriented Machine Embroidery Specialist/Coordinator to join our Machine Embroidery Team. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for quality control, ensuring that digitized embroidery files, stitch-outs, and instructions meet Riley Blake Designs' high standards. The ideal candidate has experience with professional, project-based machine embroidery, a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Review and test digitized embroidery files for accuracy and quality.
• Conduct stitch-out testing to verify designs and recommend stabilizers and supplies.
• Work closely with digitizers to refine embroidery files and troubleshoot any issues.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure embroidery instructions are clear and user-friendly.
• Provide feedback on project edits and necessary improvements.
• Maintain organization and documentation of test results.
• Ensure all projects align with company quality standards and deadlines.

• Experience with project-based machine embroidery, including stabilizers and notions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with Google Suite for document management and collaboration.

• Experience working with consumer-focused embroidery projects and products.
• 2 years in machine embroidery quality control or a related role.
