Position Overview
We're looking for a Warehouse Associate who understands general warehouse operations: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and the importance of inventory accuracy. This position works with team members to primarily accomplish fulfilling orders (picking and packing).

HOURS: Full-time positions are M-F between 7 AM - 4:30 PM. But we have part-time positions, too! Part-time is 25-29 hours/week; M-F between 7 AM - 4:30 PM (5-6 hour shifts/day; with some flexibility).
INCENTIVES: We offer both individual and team incentive programs. Earn up to an additional $4.50/hour AND Fridays off when individual and team goals are met. We'd love to share the details with you during an interview!
Note: We are currently planning to move our new warehouse in Lehi in April 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and timely
- Unload shipments upon arrival
- Assist in restocking and replenishment
- Prepare/complete necessary paperwork as required
- Work with team to ensure inventory accuracy
- Help maintain a clean, debris-free, organized warehouse
Qualifications
- Close attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Able to work accurately with a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to and learn software quickly (ERP system, UPS/FedEx, etc.)
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
- Able to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work a modified work schedule as needed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
- Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices
- Able and comfortable multitasking and wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, energetic attitude

Physical Requirements
- This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing
- Must be able to lift and move boxes over 50 pounds frequently
- Repetitive use of hands and wrists
