We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Laborer to join our Horizontal Auger Boring crew. This position involves hands-on work at various jobsites, requiring physical labor, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to travel frequently. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, climbing, and handling equipment.
• Assist in horizontal auger boring operations under the guidance of experienced crew members.
• Learn and assist with welding tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols on the jobsite.
• Attend safety training and job-specific training sessions.
• Travel to job sites, including overnight stays as required by the project schedule.
• Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Commitment to obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within a designated timeframe.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in welding and other technical areas.
• Must be able to stay out of town as required by job schedules.
• Adherence to company safety policies and participation in all required training.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
• Per diem provided for overnight stays, paid quarterly.
• Opportunities for overtime.
• Benefits package including health insurance after 90 Days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
