Riley Hotel Group is currently seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join their team in Port St. Lucie, Florida! The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations within the hotel.

The right candidate will have :
High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Three (3) years restaurant leadership experience required, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
TIPS certified within 30 days of employment
Ability to stand for long periods; frequently bend, kneel, and lift close to 30 pounds
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :
Trains all associates in the restaurant on how to perform their job duties
Schedules, evaluates and directs all staff
Assures prompt and professional service to all customers
Ensures proper handling of all equipment
Ensures all paperwork needed by other departments is provided
Maintains profitability of outlet to support overall hotel operation
Controls payroll and equipment costs (minimizing loss and misuse)
Ensures par stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies and stocking shelves
Interviews potential applicants when needed
Completes personnel paperwork, all restaurant reviews, hires, job transfers, warning notices, counseling sessions and terminations
Evaluates staff performance on a ninety (90) day and annual basis in a timely manner
