Associate Attorney

We work with national and regional financial institutions handling default servicing matters including litigation, bankruptcy, loss mitigation/workouts, real estate title curative, REO closings, and evictions in South Carolina and North Carolina.

Our firm is growing and seeks a motivated individual interested in professional growth within our default servicing team as an associate attorney. This position will be in our Matthews, NC office. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with research and writing skills, effective at multi-tasking, self-starter, and a desire for professional growth.   

Requirements

·        Licensed in North Carolina

·        Additionally licensed in South Carolina is a plus

·        Solid work ethic

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
