Rilla's the leading virtual ridealong software intelligence for outside sales and service. Think solar, roofing, and real estate sales reps. They talk to customers face to face, our mobile app records their conversations, and our AI automatically transcribes and analyzes their conversations to help them improve their sales.
Our vision is to bring the power of conversation intelligence from the Zoom meeting and the call center to the more than 10M salespeople who work offline.

The Role
We are looking for a Recruiter who can find and recruit talents for our GTM Teams - Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. You will be doing everything from writing job descriptions, getting Rilla featured in related job sites and platforms, creating candidate sourcing funnels, conducting initial interviews, hosting recruiting events, and traveling to campuses for career fairs.
Recruiting at a startup requires an entirely different skill set from big techs. You will build everything from the ground up, creating foundations to find and attract a team of talented people. Consequently, you will make a real impact fast.
