We’re Hiring a Hardworking, Positive, Team-Oriented Line Cook!
Rim Country BBQ & Wood-Fired Pizza is seeking an experienced Line Cook who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and values the importance of teamwork and a positive attitude. We’re looking for someone who brings energy to every shift, works efficiently under pressure, and contributes to a strong, supportive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to spec with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Work closely with fellow cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (we take this seriously!)
- Support kitchen teammates by helping with prep, cleanup, and daily kitchen duties
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn, grow, and support your team no matter what
