Electrical Engineer : Up to $180k (20 years of exp. required for the high end of the range)

Prefers someone in the Lexington area, but willing to consider Louisville, KY or Nashville, TN

Must Haves :

Majority of experience within an engineering consulting firm working on multiple projects, such as water treatment, pump stations, military

PE license

Senior Level experience - Leadership skills (previous exp in a Lead role highly preferred)

Minimum 15 years experience (prefer closer to 20 yrs for high end of range)

Engineering firm is seeking the following qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program
• Professional Engineer Registration in at least one State
• Ability to seek reciprocity with other State Registration Boards
• Minimum 15 years of experience designing and providing construction administration for facilities as a design consultant ( more exp. is desirable)
• Knowledge of Military, Justice, or water treatment desirable
• Basic knowledge of building, electrical, fire codes and standards to determine engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and selection for different voltage systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit desirable
• VisualPro and / or AGI32 experience desirable
• SKM PowerTools for Windows experience desirable
• Past facilitation of LEED Certification or Green Globes desirable
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to plan project resources, maintain schedules, and stay within budget
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team (leadership experience highly preferred)
• Desire, motivation and ability to exceed the firm's and client's expectations
• Dedication and willingness to continue professional growth
