WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You will enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work from home and office.
As part of our project management team, you'll play a critical role in executing various public infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be vital in overseeing the design of site civil engineering, stormwater management, sewer design, utility relocation, and related projects.
Working alongside experienced project managers, you will develop accurate drainage calculations, create high-quality designs, and prepare comprehensive bid documents. Additionally, you’ll provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil design experience, including drainage and highway design
- Ability to direct staff in the preparation of designs, construction plans, and documents
- Experience in leading a small team, or proven Lead / Sr. Civil Engineer
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D
While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:
- EIT Certification and taking license testing within the next year.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification in NY and NJ *HUGE Plus
- Design experience with NYCDEP, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and other agencies in NYS and NJ
