Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with over 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial HVAC and or commercial refrigeration systems, capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment types. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of efficiency and reliability our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HVAC repairs, including split condensing unit repair/replacement, leak searches, and overall system maintenance.
- Service self-contained units, ice machines, heat pumps, and controls.
- Commercial units such as: Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and VAV Boxes.
- Execute general and preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment longevity and reliability.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation and paperwork in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure service excellence.
- Resolve technical issues promptly, even in high-stress environments.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC or commercial refrigeration.
- Strong mechanical proficiency and technical aptitude.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and EPA Certification.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC commercial refrigeration systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
