Summary:
We are looking for an organized and professional AutoCAD Technician to join our clients team. Our client is a Mechanical Contractor specializing in both HVAC & Plumbing projects. They have been in operation for 35 years and have a great reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of design approaches and concepts for assigned projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed drawings for plumbing systems.
- Perform data collection and field verifications as needed.
- Ensure all drawings meet accuracy, neatness, and project deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members, leaders, and external builders to gather necessary information.
- Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance while fostering positive working relationships with coworkers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Experience:
- Prior experience with AutoCAD, specifically in plumbing (required).
- Understanding of Plumbing Systems from beginning to closeout
- Experience working with Engineering team and consultants when drafting out plumbing systems.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.

Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and understand structural plans.
- General knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $35.00 - $45.00/hour, based on experience.
