Bid on New Construction Projects – Specializing in Plan & Spec work.
Leverage Your Network – Bring an established pipeline of GC relationships to drive business.
Read and Interpret Drawings – Accurately assess project requirements and cost estimations.
Engage with GCs – Proactively call, connect, and build new business opportunities.
Prepare and Submit Bids – Ensure timely and competitive submissions.
Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with project managers and leadership to align bidding strategies.
Be a Key Player – Compete aggressively to win contracts and drive revenue.
