Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of on-site project execution for commercial and multifamily construction, including safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes

Implement and manage the project schedule and adjust field strategies as needed to maintain timelines

Ensure compliance with jobsite safety programs and OSHA standards

Lead weekly subcontractor and coordination meetings to ensure alignment and progress

Monitor quality assurance and control measures, ensuring all work meets company and client standards

Mentor and support field staff, promoting skill development and team growth

Communicate effectively with the Project Manager regarding field updates, potential risks, and resource needs
Skills & Qualifications:

7 years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction field operations

Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling tools, and field coordination best practices

Proven track record of delivering large-scale vertical construction projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
