Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee plumbing and mechanical system installations for commercial and residential projects.

Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to meet deadlines and cost objectives.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.

Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Qualifications:
