Project Engineer- Multi Family

We’re looking for a Project Engineer with a passion for multifamily construction to support project success through organization, communication, and problem-solving. In this role, you will:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• Up to four years of experience in multifamily construction (internship experience in a similar field will be considered).

• Knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles.

• Experience with SureTrak and Procore (preferred).

• Familiarity with BIM and LEED (a plus).

• Understanding of wood-frame, podium, wrap, and mid-rise construction techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager and facilitate smooth communication between contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects.

• Acquire, process, and distribute critical project documents.

• Assist in managing subcontractor performance and ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Review and process RFIs and submittals to keep projects on track.

• Analyze plans and specifications to verify compliance and accuracy.

• Process change orders efficiently to maintain project timelines and budgets.

• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to obtain necessary approvals for shop drawings and project documentation.

• Support the construction team in delivering high-quality multifamily residential projects on time and within budget.
