We’re looking for a Project Engineer with a passion for multifamily construction to support project success through organization, communication, and problem-solving. In this role, you will:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Up to four years of experience in multifamily construction (internship experience in a similar field will be considered).

Knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles.

Experience with SureTrak and Procore (preferred).
-
Familiarity with BIM and LEED (a plus).

Understanding of wood-frame, podium, wrap, and mid-rise construction techniques.
Responsibilities:
-
Report to the Project Manager and facilitate smooth communication between contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects.

Acquire, process, and distribute critical project documents.

Assist in managing subcontractor performance and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Review and process RFIs and submittals to keep projects on track.

Analyze plans and specifications to verify compliance and accuracy.

Process change orders efficiently to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to obtain necessary approvals for shop drawings and project documentation.

Support the construction team in delivering high-quality multifamily residential projects on time and within budget.
