Responsibilities
- Manage multiple public works projects concurrently, overseeing phases from preconstruction to closeout.
- Utilize tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 to oversee scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-spec.
- Lead Owner / Architect / Contractor (OAC) meetings, document minutes, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Review project plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Handle financial tasks, including job costing, contract management, projections, and billings.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, prevailing wage requirements, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Experience :
Project Manager : 5–10 years of experience managing public works projects, including design-build and value engineering.
Skills :
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent experience.
Requirements :
OSHA 30 certification (required).
