Summary
We are currently representing a well-established commercial contractor seeking a qualified Project Superintendent to lead field operations on active job sites across Los Angeles and Orange County. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with a strong eye for jobsite coordination, safety compliance, and quality control. The Superintendent will play a critical role in organizing site logistics, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring all work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality control oversight to all construction documentation and plans
Coordinate and monitor daily jobsite activities and subcontractor operations
Assess jobsite conditions and establish site-specific logistics and workflow plans
Ensure safety compliance by conducting daily site walks and enforcing safety policies
Collaborate with Project Management to maintain the master project schedule
Oversee the punch list process and drive timely project completion
Ensure the final deliverable meets or exceeds all contract and quality expectations
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Associate’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Experience working on public sector or institutional projects is a plus
Ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate multiple jobsite operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with construction scheduling and reporting tools
