Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily residential construction projects. The Superintendent will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a keen ability to coordinate various trades and subcontractors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion.

Enforce project schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to maintain workflow efficiency.

Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policies.

Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain project scope.

Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.

Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Address and resolve any conflicts or delays that arise on-site.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily residential construction, preferably as a Superintendent.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.

Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
