- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement projects.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers .
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes .
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans .
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality craftsmanship.
- Resolve on-site issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders .
- Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation .
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality .
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in tenant improvement or commercial construction .
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices .
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills .
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities .
- Proficiency in project management software and tools .
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents .
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
