Job Description

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers .
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes .
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans .
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Resolve on-site issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders .
• Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation .
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality .

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in tenant improvement or commercial construction .
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills .
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities .
• Proficiency in project management software and tools .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents .
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
