The Opportunity :
Rimes is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of world-class, integrated field marketing campaigns that directly contribute to the company's success. The candidate will bring a strong vision for aligning marketing tactics - events, demand generation, content and account-based marketing, etc. - to maximize campaign results.
What you will do :
- Collaboration : Partner with Product and Solutions Marketing to create a cohesive marketing plan that supports Rimes' commercial strategy, Sales priorities and Product roadmaps.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns : In collaboration with Demand Generation and Marketing Ops, deliver a multi-channel campaign cadence that delivers on the marketing plan and effectively exceeds targets for client engagement, lead generation and other metrics.
- Event Leadership : Oversee the global event team and own the end-to-end strategy and execution of virtual and in-person events, including owned events, executive roundtables, industry events, partner events, and more. Plan and manage all event marketing activities, setting targets in alignment with objectives, measuring success, and communicating milestones and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Creative Impact : Lead the development and execution of an effective creative strategy that will elevate Rimes' brand at events both large and small.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee all event logistics, including executive preparation, space allocation, vendor management, risk minimization, staffing, merchandise, signage, and ongoing communications.
- Integrated Marketing : Oversee pre-event marketing and post-event attendee follow-up to maximize results and integrate with or complement quarterly demand generation and content programs.
- Performance Analytics : With support from Marketing Operations, measure, analyze, and report on the ROI of all field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with budget and marketing objectives.
