Overview
In this role, the Mechanical Consultant will work with a team of engineers who are designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, industrial, and multi-unit residential facilities.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform existing conditions as-built documentation of mechanical system including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems with a heavier focus on the HVAC needs.
- AutoCAD MEP; REVIT drawing of mechanical system including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Lead design teams with Mechanical Systems design / layout tasks for commercial and residential projects.
- Coordination with other Engineering Team Members.
- Perform final inspections on installations.
- Heating and cooling load calculations.
- Mechanical equipment sizing and selection.

The Salary Range for this position is $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications / licensure.
