Associates salary range - $82,680 - 124,020 annually
Licensed counselor salary range - $93,392 - 140,088 annually
Multiple Positions Available in Central Oregon - Bend & Prineville
5,000 sign-on bonus for rural community location (Prineville)

Role Overview : As a Clinical Counselor in our Outpatient team, you'll deliver high-quality clinical treatment services tailored to individual needs. You'll incorporate the latest research and evidence-based practices while assisting clients in completing their treatment. Additionally, you'll maintain a minimum of 20 billable services per week as part of your expected clinical hours, adhering to ethical standards and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Collaborating with staff, you'll foster a therapeutic environment and represent Rimrock Trails both on and off-site.

Salary :

Unlicensed Rate - up to $79.50 per service.

Licensed Rate - up to $89.80 per service with additional hourly add-on rates for expertise, certifications, and experience :

Additional hourly rates : $5 / hr - licensed for 5 years, $5 / hr for bilingual skills, $5 / hr for child / family counseling, $5 / hr for EMDR certification.

PHYSICAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Typical Working Conditions :

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position works primarily in a typical office environment both at home and onsite.

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Equipment Used : Telephone system / Zoom, EHR, Teams, agency vehicle (as needed).

Essential Physical Tasks : Utilize typical office equipment, including but not limited to a computer, printer / copier, binding equipment.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications :

Master's degree or higher in Clinical Behavioral Health

Eligible for Oregon Registered Associate status

Preferred Qualifications :

Licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)

CADC I certification or higher (CADC2 preferred) or be eligible to obtain within 2 years of hire.
