Job Summary :
Join our team of helping professionals as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS) / Treatment Aide (TA), supporting the recovery and growth of teens in our residential treatment program. As a Treatment Aide, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing. You'll also provide cognitive, behavioral, and emotional support to help our clients overcome substance use and mental health challenges.
About the Role :
As a PSS / TA, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive and caring environment for our clients. You'll participate in daily activities, supervise daily routines, and work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each client. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you :
