Magic Wheel & Tire, LLC dba: RimTyme Custom Wheels is a family owned and operated business who hires, trains and promotes our employees from within. Our current store managers are some of the highest compensated individuals in the industry. We are looking for a highly motivated individuals. We offer a structured training program that includes a competitive salary and performance bonuses paid on a weekly basis, on the job training with hands on supervision and mentoring by existing managers who have been through our program, medical and dental insurance plans, paid time off and holidays. Each manager learns the business from the garage, inventory logistics, sales, service and finally management from the ground up. The average training period is approximately 6 months and includes several trips to other stores for training. A store manager is responsible for hiring, training and motivating employees in their store. Managers must be strong in retail sales and the ability to manage employees and customers in a professional manner.
Training salary starts at $50,000 per year plus weekly commissions, depending on experience. Should be willing to relocate at end of training period. Valid Driver’s License and clean background check a must. Past experience in rent to own, automotive or automotive retail preferred. Our current store managers work on average 50-60 hours per week. Saturday work is a must. Stores are open 9-6 Monday thru Friday and 9-5 on Saturday. Bi-Lingual candidates a plus.
