Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successful Wheel and Tire store.
- Manage all aspects of a Wheel and Tire, Lease/ Purchase store including but not limited to: Staffing, Training, Human Resources, Sales Growth, Delinquency Management, Budgeting, Product Ordering, P&L Management and Equipment Maintenance.
- Maintain a Safety First environment, ensuring the safety of all associates.
- Perform an idle inventory verification as required by the franchise.
Qualifications
- Prior Automotive experience.
- Strong customer service/relations skills.
- Goal oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Assertive personality
- No fear of confrontation
- Ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Meet state licensing requirements for all store vehicles.
- High school diploma, four-year degree preferred
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Able to understand most Management concepts
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent personal appearance.
- Drug Free
Preferred Experience
- Prior Auto Rim and Tire experience.
- Business Management experience
Physical Qualifications
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat and/or bend for extended amounts of time.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry at least 100 pounds.
- Must be able to push and/or pull objects up to 200 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Must be able to operate various hand and power tools.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
