Rimtyme is looking for motivated, innovative, and dedicated Multi-Unit Managers to join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrating excellent leadership and coaching skills while motivating store teams to achieve company success in a way that is consistent with the company’s mission statement, managing the assets of multiple wheel and tire rental stores, as well as the development of future managers.
  • Communicate the franchise as well as RimTyme’s business expectations, motivating, driving and supporting that culture through Store Managers to achieve maximum productivity resulting in an increase in organizational revenue and profit.
  • Responsible for stores overall performance as well as the safety and compliance of all personnel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior Wheel and Tire or Automotive experience
  • Prior multi-unit or exceptional store management experience
  • High school diploma but a four-year college degree preferred
  • Friendly and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Assertive personality without fear of confrontation and strong customer service / relations skills.
  • Documented history of strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment, with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent personal appearance.
  • Computer literacy / proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
  • Drug Free

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, squat and / or bend for extended amounts of time.
  • Must be able to lift and / or carry at least 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to push and / or pull objects up to 200 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to operate various hand and power tools.

    Pay : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
