RINA is currently recruiting for a Highway Lead to join its office in Columbus, OH within the North America Infrastructure & Mobility Division.
Mission
Location : Ohio Resident (Columbus, OH hybrid or on-site preferred)
Qualified Candidates must have an Ohio Professional Engineering (PE) license
The Highway Lead will work under the direct supervision of the National Highway Lead and manage the Ohio highway team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and delivering diverse highway project types of varying size and complexity for clients such as ODOT and county and municipal agencies.
The Ohio Highway Lead will :
- Supervise and direct staff engineers and technicians to complete project scope per the projects' deadlines.
- Lead the delivery of transportation projects of varying size and complexity.
- Recruit, train, develop and retain local transportation staff.
- Develop project scope and budgets for highway work
- Ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
