Rincon Power, LLC is an energetic start-up company located in Carpinteria, CA. In October 2021, we launched our first product, a new line of high-performance electrical switching devices. We are now seeking detail-oriented, motivated, dynamic Mechanical Assemblers to help our growing production team. Our team works full-time with a flexible schedule Monday-Friday.

You will work alongside and learn from our team of experienced engineers to help build our HVBD and RX series of products. With your input, we will continually improve our processes as we grow. You will learn to work with semiautomated equipment to perform welding, leak detection, gas filling, and take measurements. You will also work with light power tools to install fasteners and apply adhesives.
Below are some of the skills this job will require:
- Relatable assembly aptitude
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and Outlook
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to focus on detail
- Positive attitude and an ability to adapt
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools according to specifications.
- Read and interpret process instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control. Perform incoming inspection and document results of purchased components.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
