A plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in San Francisco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney to join our dynamic trial team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a deep understanding of civil procedure, and a passion for improving society through the civil justice system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in a variety of personal injury cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents including discovery, pleadings, and mediation briefs
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Interview clients, witnesses, and others to gather relevant information
- Advise clients on legal matters and potential case outcomes
- Develop case strategies and present evidence effectively in court
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
