Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Here at Rinehart Taxidermy, we are seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee our daily shipping and receiving operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are shipped and delivered promptly as well as all packages are received and disbursed throughout the building

The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable with managing paperwork and utilizing information systems. A strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures is also crucial.

Your primary goal as a Shipping Manager will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our shipping processes. By coordinating with various teams and utilizing your expertise, you will play a vital role in maintaining the timely delivery of orders and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving
• able to lift 75-100lbs consistently.
• inventory knowledge
• ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus but not required.
• excellent communication skills
• ability to keep a clean and safe work environment
• ensuring all paperwork for the payables and receivables department are turned in at a timely manner, Ie: Invoices, packing lists, bills.
• maintaining safety protocols
• weekly/biweekly ordering to fulfill inventory needs.
• supervising 3-5 staff members and delegating daily responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
