Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain key operational metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
- Own the establishment of data sets to uncover key insights, which you’ll then use to drive action.
- Create and maintain forecast models to minimize business risks and maximize opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement solutions that improve sales effectiveness
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to management regarding progress, opportunities, and challenges
- Drive the evolution of sales operations tools and applications to increase productivity and efficiency
- 3 years of sales operations, business analysis, or related analytical field experience
- 5 years of Excel proficiency (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience with SQL
- Strong track record of using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Project management experience
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
- Knowledge of sales productivity metrics and KPIs
- Experience in developing sales incentive programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek leadership input
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
