What You’ll Do:
- Manage the admissions/registration process for Emergency Room and Medical Surgical patients
- Handle phone calls, paging, and clerical duties at the nursing station
- Assist with patient transfers, referrals, and insurance documentation
- Stock supplies and keep workstations organized
- Support nurses and patients by responding to call lights and assisting with patient needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and clerical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
