Summary Manages design and production of planned advertising programs, and by performing the following duties:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Assists in implementing strategic advertising initiatives to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.


Develops and executes advertising programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.


Acts as the organization’s creative engine, generating new, fresh ideas to meet yearly objectives.


Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including display ads, print, trade show, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage.


Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.


Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.


Manages development and production of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and advertising programs.


Analyzes advertising programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.


Assists with market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.


Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.


Creates banner ads for catt.com advertisers.

Works with back-end developers to create solutions, implement custom applications and ensure functionality of all RTC related sites.


Makes slight upgrades to web page templates, content, etc., including rtctel.com and, ensuring that designs are innovative, interactive, informative and current.


Determines new web technologies to utilize, such as browsers, languages, and plug-ins, based on company’s needs.


Conceptualizes long-term needs of web development, and plans and manages related projects, and acts as the liaison should RTC need to contract with an agency to perform major site revisions.


Assists in project planning and web site design, gathering feedback on development needs.

Education and/or Experience

Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
