At RingLeader, Inc., we know that the key to growth is in a
high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Billing
Analyst to work within support and development team. The Billing
Analyst manages and co-ordinates the OSS/BSS platforms within RingLeader.
Including managing the environment deployment. Engaging with relevant stake
holders to ensure smooth deployment of the platforms. Coordinate the engagement
with 3rd party providers for cloud hosting. Managing Product Creation –
Subscription and Customer environments within the OSS/BSS platform.
Requirements
Responsibilities & Key Performance Areas:
· OSS/BSS Systems Implementation and
administration
· Assisting with onboarding of new Customers
· Assisting with Product Development
· Project Management
· Management, implementation and maintaining
Portaone (Products, Subscriptions, Discount plans, Customers, etc.)
· Renewal of production licenses / Arranging
PO’s, payments.
· Monthly billing assistance
· Month end ad hoc finances (Approving invoices
/ reconciliation)
· Monthly revenue / voice minutes reporting
· Assisting with Legal documents and Marketing
briefs
· Training staff and clients on Portaone.
· Documenting Training Material
· Assist in the creation of Turnkey Portaone Reseller
environments.
· Dealing with escalations from VoIP team, NOC,
and Management.
· Business Requirement Requests (Documenting and
Specifications)
Qualifications Required:
· 3 years telecom experience
or related field.
· Supplier and Customer
management orientated.
· Must
be able to manage product implementation on the OSS/BSS platform.
· Telephony, PABX, contact
center understanding
Skills Required:
· Able to develop and maintain
strong relationships with management and stakeholders.
· Must
have an ability to understand management/stakeholders’ needs relative to the
Company’s targets and limitations.
· Demonstrate an understanding
of company policies and procedures.
· Ability to analyze and solve
problems.
· Ability to maintain
automated and manual record keeping systems and processes.
· Must be highly organized and
detail oriented.
· Compiling and updating SOP’s
· Managing and monitoring all
installed systems and infrastructure.
· Installing, configuring, testing,
and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management
tools a plus
· Investigate and problem
solving.
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Operational analyzing and
decision-making techniques for resource allocation and organizational
effectiveness.
· Must be able to manage
multiple projects.
Computer Literacy:
· Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of VOIP Networks,
OSS/BSS, payment gateways a plus
Basic Linux a plus
