Job Title: Administrative Assistant
As a key member of our team, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reception area activities, including greeting guests and answering telephone calls.
- Route incoming mail and correspondence to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate events such as meetings, shutdowns, and company parties.
- Prepare agendas and reserve facilities as needed.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials as requested.
- Arrange conference calls and travel schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and courier services.
- Order and maintain general office supplies within budget guidelines.
- Facilitate content gathering for newsletters and other communications with investors and board members.
- Backup scale room duties and update company website and social media pages.
- Maintain Administration building cleanliness and assist Accounting team with filing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 3 years of administrative assistant or related experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Knowledge of general office equipment required.
- Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
