Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ringneck Energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leadership, managing office supplies, coordinating events, and performing various clerical duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
