About the Role
This position involves overseeing the operation of the plant, working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working closely with various stakeholders, including QA/QC laboratory personnel, maintenance department, and other employees at all levels of the organization.
