Ringneck Energy is seeking a highly skilled Energy Plant Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our energy plant.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Energy Plant Technician will work closely with our maintenance department to:
- Perform preventive maintenance activities and assist maintenance technicians in performing repairs.
- Inspect and maintain fire suppression equipment, knowing methods of control and emergency reporting in case of fire.
- Maintain accurate records of boiler and dryer operation, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate required; associate degree or technical degree/certification preferred.
- Experience in the operation of a dry-mill ethanol plant is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work at elevations of up to 175 feet.
