Job Overview
\The Plant Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant, working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. This includes monitoring production and quality, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with the QA/QC laboratory.

\- Follow all safety rules/regulations and enforce all safety procedures required by the organization
- Participate in all safety trainings
- Monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of key production variables
- Communicate directly with QA/QC laboratory to ensure effective participation in the implementation of QA policies and procedures
