We are seeking an experienced Industrial Process Operator to join our team at Ringneck Energy. As a critical member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities
The Industrial Process Operator will work closely with our shift supervisors and production managers to:
- Monitor and control the operation of the plant, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Enforce all safety procedures and participate in safety trainings.
- Maintain accurate records of key production variables and communicate effectively with QA/QC laboratory staff.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate required; associate degree or technical degree/certification preferred.
- Experience in the operation of a dry-mill ethanol plant is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
