At Ringneck Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled Power Generation Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our energy plant.
Job Summary
The Power Generation Specialist will work closely with our shift supervisors and production managers to ensure maximum production quantity and quality while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and controlling the operation of the plant, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner.
- Participating in all safety trainings and enforcing safety procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of key production variables and communicating effectively with QA/QC laboratory staff.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate required; associate degree or technical degree/certification preferred.
- Experience in the operation of a dry-mill ethanol plant is highly desirable.
- Punctual and timely attendance, with strong basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
