RingoFire is a rapidly expanding, award-winning creative agency in Greenville, SC, known for our social media savvy and diverse portfolio of national consumer brands, ranging from kids' toys to power tools. We're excited to announce an opening for an Account Manager.
Overview:
The Account Manager position is a crucial role within the agency. This position requires exceptional communication
skills, creative energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple accounts at one time. The ideal candidate should
excel at thinking strategically and building solid client relationships while possessing a strong understanding of
marketing, advertising and social media. Understanding the basic fundamentals of agency life, including the speed of
work and interdepartmental collaboration is a must. You will work closely with a project manager partner so clear
communication is vital.
Account Manager Primary Duties & Attributes:
● Demonstrate effective understanding of the marketing, advertising, digital, social media and promotional
activities of the organization
● Effectively communicate, keeping manager and all team members apprised appropriately
● Lead several accounts at once, developing strong relationships with clients and all points of contact
● Adapt easily to change in a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on client satisfaction
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients
● Manage expectations and deliverables with the project manager
● Consult clients on new industry and platform trends
● Work with Influencers to establish relationships and negotiate deals.
● Attend productions and content shoots
● Manage the end of month reporting of all social media and advertising analytics
● Some day and overnight travel (~20% of your time) is required for client shoots and meetings
● Some after hours responding is required to be successful in this role
Skills:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education and Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field or relevant experience
● 2-4 years of experience working at an agency in marketing, account management or digital marketing and
advertising preferred
● Retail marketing and sales experience is a plus, specifically in the hardware industry
