Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media platforms, a knack for digital engagement, and a strong interest in brand-building. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing and managing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation & Management

●       Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of social media graphics and video content.

●       Collaborate across departments to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

   Social Media Strategy & Scheduling

●       Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

●       Schedule and post content across various platforms, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.

   Platform Optimization & Trends

              ●        Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

              ●       Tailor content and strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more to                                    maximize engagement.

   Community Management

●       Monitor and engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

               ●       Foster a positive brand presence and build meaningful connections with followers.

   Performance Analysis & Reporting

              ●       Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

●       Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and improve overall strategy.

   Collaboration & Client Relations

●       Work closely with account managers, designers, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

●       Coordinate with clients to understand goals and tailor social media strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

               ●       Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.

               ●       Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

               ●       Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Loomly).

               ●       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

               ●       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

               ●       Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

               ●       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

               ●       Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a plus.
