Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and configure ERP solutions accordingly.
- Analyze and resolve ERP-related issues, providing technical and functional support.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and integrations with other business applications.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure ERP compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for ERP processes.
Qualifications:.
- 3 years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP configurations, reporting tools, and troubleshooting.
- SQL and data analysis experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
