What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Ringside Talent?
We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our Cleveland client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business, Finance and Accounting teams to help develop strategies, build insightful forecasting and reporting and drive impactful insights for key leaders
- Develop and streamline FP&A processes to mitigate risk and find value within the business
- Provide management with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
- Build financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and analyze current business performance to maximize sales, inventory & profitability along with the clear trade offs
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year strategic planning/forecasting cycles
- Assist with month-end close processes, including monthly journal entries, reviewing month-end reconciliations, and performing financial statement analyses
- Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership
- Influential - able to navigate cross-functional teams to accomplish goals
- Demonstrated ability to develop and coach junior team members
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
