Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's long-term financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning
• Support strategic business decision-making through financial modeling and analysis, including ad-hoc modeling, analysis, and presentations
• Bring best practices to develop, implement, and manage policies and processes that scale financial operations
• Work collaboratively with leadership to refine and develop the company’s growth strategy
• Provide critical insight on business trends and strategic initiatives and deliver professional analysis to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of finance experience
• Demonstrated strong leadership performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
