We are looking for an Intune Support Engineer to work for our client, a technology-driven organization focused on modern endpoint management and enterprise security. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows environments, ensuring seamless device deployment, policy enforcement, and security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and administration for Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- Deploy and manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices using Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device compliance policies, application deployment, and security configurations.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth device provisioning, updates, and security patching.
- Optimize configuration profiles, conditional access policies, and endpoint security settings.
- Develop documentation and provide training on Intune best practices and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or endpoint management.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Autopilot.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android device management.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policies, and Conditional Access.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
